At least Studebaker has a few original and very attractive designs. The '53 Commander, '62 Hawk, and of course the Avanti were all cutting edge stuff in their day, as for AMC, well at least they had the AMX.

Outside of the old 8 Ball ( the newest one isn't as good looking) Polaris hasn't shown us bupkus.

The Hammer S looks like my ideal cruiser (minus the gyno riding postion), but they're dreaming at $20,000.

Actually, the Harley Super Glide Sport was ideal, which is probably why they don't make them anymore.

You actually liked the Gremlin?? My buddy had one and we used to take the time to search out hills to park it on. We got a good eye for topography this way!

I usually got stuck pushing when no hills were available. I would get the thing rolling and then he would "pop" the clutch poorly, only to have me slam face first into the back of that rusted lime green abomination.

A few too many hits of the Gremlin probably explains why I got interested in motorcycles.
