Thanks!

Finally! I have been waiting to hear about this bike. Do you guys need a tester back east? LOL

I can't wait to sit on this machine and truly see how it feels - the seat, ergos, the pulses, etc.

I might just have to make my tourer a show bike...

Gorgeous. Hopefully dealers won't mark it up too much. Another S2000 replay with MSRP's jumping more than 20% in some cases woudn't be a lot of fun.

Default Awesome!

I love it! The Honda VTX is one sweet motorcycle. I can hardly wait to see one up close and personal. I've been waiting so long to read about this bike, I wish the article was a little longer. Everything about this bike is cool! The looks and the nardos to back it up.

Screw the bike, what'd you think of Santa Barbara??? I've lived there for eight years and think it's a motorcyclist's paradise.

Default Off Topic!?

Minime, you know part of this thread is going to become a Harleys suck/cruisers suck/no they don't/etc slugfest. And don't blame me for starting it just because I pointed it out.

Where's the Mantra?

If it does, the supply usually eventually catches up with demand, so the markups should be gone in six to 24 months. I guess a lot depends on how many VTX's Honda cranks out. Since they've been talking a lot about increasing volume world wide, hopefully that will be a lot.

Another thing I wonder about is since this is a major entry into the big cruiser market (i.e., an increas in market supply), will put downward pressure on the prices of other big cruisers -- Harleys, Vulcans, Stars, etc.

Love the bike, but can't someone make a radiator thats appealing

to the eye. Decisions decisions. Do I buy the vtx or the ya-mama

vino. Guess it will have to be the vino cause the vtx won't fit in the

garage. All kidding aside. I'm 5'6'' and something tells me I'd look

pretty silly on this thing. I think I'll stick with the buell(shake

rattle and roll.) Long live honda. long live hd. long live ya-mama.
