And you never will. Again, the burden of proof is theirs. No prosecuter is going to go to bat on a case for speeding where he hasn't a good chance of winning. It drops their conviction percentage and makes it harder for them to move up the ladder.

So, if you glance down and see that you are still traveling 55 when the speed limit dropped to 45 a mile back do you immediatly drive to the local police station and turn yourself in?

Does your wife dress up in leather and chain you to the floor?

I read that. He didn't know what it was until it was explained that Big Brother's speeding threshhold is just a couple of miles an hour over the limit.

In Cali you can contest your ticket via mail. I've beaten several tickets by pleading not guilty in court but the next one I'm going to try the mail route.

No cop is going to write an essay that will beat mine!

How many people get married (without being drunk or high) at my age?

We should just let the gov't embed microchips in our skulls so they can track all of our movements.

I mean if you're not breaking the law it won't matter, right?

No, I slow down and pay attention to the giant white sign that says 45 mph. If you can't see (or at least notice) and read a sign you shouldn't be driving anything.
