I have had a pair of Combat Lights for about a year and a half now, and I almost never get onto my bike without them. A bit stiff to start off, but they are now one of my most comfortable pairs of shoes ... period. By the way, I am a teacher and I spend a lot of time on my feet -- these boots are comfortable all day, every day. Here in San Francisco, we don't get much rain or cold, so I cannot say how well these will hold up in a downpour or a real winter, but these have been great year-round boots that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Oh yeah, as far as footpegs go, these boots fit perfectly with my Hawk GT since day one.

Good looking, protective, durable, and most of all comfortable for the protection that they offer ... even if you don't have hairy feet.

Thanks for the excellent review. Now with spring arriving in Seattle, I am getting the itch to ride my bike to work... That and the 50 min commute by car will become 20 min ride by bike in the HOV lane... These boots are exactly what I am looking for..

I've had a pair since 2003. I wore them everyday to work, during work, around the house, on the weekends, etc. These were the footwear for me.

Unfortunately, I ordered a 9.5, the SIDI box it camme in said 9.5 on it, but the boot was actually a 10, according to the label. I called Rider Warehouse, and was told that they could do a return and exchange (basically order a new pair), but how do they feel? Being that they were 10s, I felt no tightness or real uncomfort and said so, so the operator said to keep them...so, of course, I ended up keeping them.

But now that they are nice and broken in, they are too loose for me. I need to bug the wife about ordering a pair of 9s (I'd rather go through the pain and break in 9s so my heel doesn't tear at the liner). I wish I did the return way back when...sigh.

Oh, btw, now the full size CBTs come with the cleated sole option too.

Oh, btw Gabe, those aren't even close to being broken in. You still have much breaking in to do, young padawan.

Any input as to how they fit on "EE" feet?

Cool, they look like my old Full Bores, sans the buckles. Have pointy toes an' everythang.

Sidi made Full Bores btw. I'm getting a pair. Thanks for memories of Boot Camp.
