Ok, comparing an air bag and the space shuttle is NOT fair. Come on...

Thats what makes motorcycles great!

Yes, yes, I agree. Obviously, there are people who like them, and that's good so. It just does not do anything for me.

Let's do an impossible comparison: What does this bike do better than a Mazda Miata?

When I see that picture of the inflated airbag, it always reminds me of a giant set of inflatable buttocks! And guess where your face lands during a crash? Right smack in the middle of the butt-crack!! I'm sure that the size and shape of the thing was dictated by technical requirements, but why did they have to make it THAT color????? Check the Honda accessory catalog to see if they offer a decent pair of pants to cover up that thing....

An Airbag!!?? Maybe next year Honda will design an ejection seat!! Or maybe a bumper, then a door to keep you from falling out,,then a roof to keep you from getting hit with raindrops....they could call it a Honda Accord!!

Good one! To each their own, but for the same money I'd prefer a little Mazda Miata convertible, maybe slightly used.

I don't think Honda makes the Wing for sports bike riders. Any criticism about size, weight, too many features etc are a bit irrelevant. The same criticism could be leveled at sports bikes..why do they need to be so powerful, lighter ever year, have brakes that most people don't use to their limit etc etc.
