Yep what happened? Sounds like these guys had sore butts before they left California. "Hey Gabe lets just cruise up I-5 so we can fly home early" said Sean... They should of looked me up... So I could show them the sites..

By the way their route through Washington and Oregon was definitely expedite but not interesting...

I don,t have a bias against the type of bike, but shouldn,t those bikes have at least a low fuel light?

They do have low-fuel lights. However said lights are shaped like little cruisers, so I just stared at them in glaring contempt. -Sean

It's the rainy season now, glad you had nice weather. Sorry about the traffic but WA state has not built any significant new roads in 30 years cause the gas tax was calculated in pennies not percent of the price per gal.. The legislature finally raised gas tax to compensate for 30 plus years of inflation but now there is an idiot initiative on the ballot to wipe it out. Lane splitting would be cool. Great idea Gabe. Maybe we motorcyclists can get together on that idea...

longride, I actually would love to have one of these bikes cause they look more stylish than Harley's. ...Nice report Gabe and Sean....wish you would have had more time...

Default Contempt huh?

Awww! Sean stop sulking. My comment wasn't for you guys but for the host of close-minded morons who read and comment here.

I love you Motojournalist types, that's why I pay my 12 bucks every year.

I get no credit other than organization. Gabe wrote the story by himself.... he's a big boy now!

I'M asking for one.

Would it be that hard for a bike maker to put a cruiser-style V-twin in a state-of-the-art naked bike frame?
