Default Re: Heat

I am from Minnesota and the heat is a blessing some times but in the heat of the summer only textile pants keep the heat at bay. I agree with you that the heat issue will be a selling point. I love my FJR but I would trade up for the multi postioning handlebars.

Same bunch of ugly crap. I am so sick of super sport bikes who only a handful of people can actually ride to their limits. I hate crazy sport bikes as much as I hate big raked out cruisers.

Give me some small light supermotos and naked standards. Heck compared the to the Yamaha and Kawasaki news the Derbi 250cc GP1 scooter looks sweet.

When are we going to get a Suzuki DRZ-400SM review? This bike has been out forever now.

It doesn't look as good as the 2005 r6. At least the MCN version still had the good headlights.

Let's face it, the person who designed the Triumph Speed Triple deserves an award...and to be copied for years to come.

At least Yamaha guarantees a thriving aftermarket for pipe manufacturers but what do you do about the crimp in the middle of the gas tank?

I LIKE! I WAS JUST ABOUT TO PICK UP A 2005 SPEED TRIPLE, UNITL I READ THIS ARTICLE AND VIEWED THE PICS ON THE NEW FZ-1. WOW! THE RED LOOKS STUNNING. I HOPE IT RIDES AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS, BECAUSE THE COMPETITION IS VERY TOUGH. I HOPE THEY SHIP BY THE END OF THE YEAR, BECAUSE I CAN'T WAIT! WHERE IS HONDA? 919....YAWN.

I do believe you are on to something there. They also included the underseat exhaust from the R-1 or FZ6.
