Default Glad to see someone out there is going to try it.

I can't even imagine a road having more or sharper corners then this section of highway, it's closed to trucks and large commercial through traffic.

What type of bike are you going on?

You need to watch your speed in some of the blind corners as you never know if Bambi or rock slides or worse are around the next corner.

I rode it first on a Gold Wing with my wife, now I am lusting to take my Buell back there.

Riding on the blue ridge parkway is like throwing a brick through the local PD's window...

you're begging to get a ticket or worse.

I wasn't going much faster than the speed limit, it was a Monday early afternoon, great weather conditions, zero traffic... so why fu.ck w/ me?

Until I get some slow azz cruiser where the sweet spot is around 35-40 mph (read Harley Davidson), I'm never going back up there.

Ridiculous.

Time and distance compress at WOT. The squids are actually eighty five years old. If they slow down it's sorta like Dorien Grey.

Having lived just 3 miles from the BRP for several years, I can tell you two things: It is a great, great ride, and if you get caught seriously bruising the speed limit they will confiscate your machine. Remember, this is federal property!

C'mon man. Don't invite people out to Utah/Arizona and the nearby states. Tell them to all go to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Deal's Gap. All I need is to have all these bikers that infest Mulholland Hwy come out here and discover my favorite roads.

Attention everyone! Stay away from the intermountain states. Nothing to see here! Sportbikepilot will concur.
