That XR750-styled orange/black 883 does look sweet. A set of 1200 jugs and Wiseco pistons would make it a really nice street rod.

Default Cool it!

wolfpack's right. You're getting carried away here. I'd rather see the Angel's get porked by the Crips. Or even better, watch them rub each other out.

A bunch of yuppies cruising around don't hurt none of us.

As a lesson in humility I propose that you be required to ride an R1 against Sean on a 1200 Sportster along the Angeles Crest.

You'd have to go a long way to beat the amount of metal involved in producing my Aunt's old Chrysler Imperial. We used to call it Emma's Ocean Liner. It handled like one too. It was made to travel at 10mph under the speed limit.

The best part was the plastic fauz wood trim that kept falling off. And the opera lights that wouldn't turn off. The A/C that would turn on by itself and couldn't be turned off was interesting as well.

But by God, when you were driving that emerald green barge everyone got out of your way.

Default The date of HIS return...

Don't you think April 1st would be more appropriate?

I could call it an early birthday present as well.

I did see that story and thought it was pretty cool.

I guess you and I will have some common ground rooting for the Buells to win.

2) It's a great $12,500 motorcycle. But it's 17 plus (out the door). Why would I buy this bike instead of a Triumph Sprint S/T for 6K less?

Because two years down the road the Triumph will be worth $8k and the Harley will still be worth $17k.

Warning: The V-Rod is not keeping its value like traditional air-cooled Harleys do.
