Default Everybodies got their own Deal.

Oh, well, different storkes for different folk; but, I just gotta say...

First: Regardless of price...The LP cafe-racer faring looks pretty cool...weighs about nothing...and, I actually noticed less wind-drag, when using it.

Second: The bungees weren't noticable...held the fairing very securely and made it easy to remove.

Third: When I laid my SV down, of oily gravel, I didn't need to worry about insurance deductable; frame-sliders saved the bike.

Forth: After purchasing...one, Napolean bar-end mirror...a new drag-bar handlebar...and, the new LP...all told, the lay-down cost less than $100. By comparison, the supplier wanted $500 for the decal package, alone, after a couple-a-idiots (who never got caught) pushed my CBR1000F down the street, and dropped it. That was my entire deductable...I don't EVEN want to get into what the paint, alone, cost!

Anyway, believe it or not, decked-out in Cafe'-Nik, an SV looks down-right Evil!

But, that's just me, I think Cafe' looks cool!

Default Re: YO, DAT AIN'T RIGHT

Shoulda' put that in quotes. Anything that's been in continuous production for nearly a century might be old, but outdated it's not. Timeless is more like it.

...and a single-sided swingarm (makes rear wheel alignment a non-worry and eases chain adjustment) and a centerstand. I'd ditch the dual exhausts in favor of an underseat system, all the better to clear soft bags.
