Default The evil empire

First, i dig the Ben Spies, elbows out style. Everybody loves there racing pics and I look like that too. For me its cuz I'm hangin on for dear life. i suspect you have some dirt experience.

Next, i don't doubt that the Hionda is really good. Honda's for the most part are easy to ride and well built, relatively speaking. i just can't get past the whole Honda thing.

i believe they could really lead the pack in performance. They don't.

Were I you, I'd be careful about who's educational background you are commenting on. Seing as you have absolutely [i]NO[/b] idea of the educational backgrounds possessed by KentK., DonC., KevinC, or even SeanA.

Sincerely,

SeanA

Default Re: What was that about the ZX-6R?

117 rwhp in a light bike is more than a 'nice bonus'. It's a serious amount of power. Didn't the early CBR900s make around that?

{shrug} I guess I'm getting old and jaded. While technically interesting, from a practical standpoint the horsepower wars leave me cold. My F4i probably is good for 'only' 95rwhp, but even that is more than enough for a streetbike. I can't ride it even moderately aggressively without doing stupid things.

Oh well, I guess that it's time to chop it in on a Guzzi and an AARP card!

Umm.. it's the other way around. Look at the horsepower to weight ratio of the zx10, then compare it to the 600's.

I swear dude... Someday you're gonna be arrested for Felony Dip*****.

Default Re: AMA decision for Daytona 500 looks like the right one now.

"Teenage boys need start out on scooters, then motorcycles, and then only drive cars at age 18 or they get castrated."

If you write this up in a Bill for congress, I'll co-sponsor. But only if we add language that removes driving privilages from anyone over 60, and that requires all male drivers of mini-vans to wear skirts and carry purses, so as to be easily identified when not driving.

Default Grand Tourers...

zx-12. Busa. XX.

God's motorcycles.

While the 636 is likely my next purchase... that's only because I love the 1000effer so much. Otherwise I'd upgrade to the big Kawi. As is... It's the 636... then maybe a viagra bike. You know... like a VTX 1800.

Ooooooh, italics! Somehow I knew that post would absolutely give SA an aneurism. I was just wondering if he was gonna take KP's bait.

Was that a giant "GULP" I just heard?

Gosh, and it seems like only yesterday when Honda's restraining order wouldn't have allowed an MO correspondent within 3 miles of a CBR launch ... how times have changed.
