Well, if I had to look at J/C, I'd most likey be on my way to the local Honda Dealer. Couldn't go for the Ticket-Me-Red, but that Tribal Rocks.

Nicely written and thorough, thanks Sean!

If the 9 extra hp over your '03 is that attractive, why not just buy a ZX10 and be done with it?

Neither would 95% of the rest of us on this board. That's why the best choice for a 600 is the one that's either got the most torque, or is the most comfy.

Outside of that, it's just the Battle of the Brochures.

And I no faster than with a 500 Interceptor. Of course back then I used to be fast as hell... in my mind. Sean, what's up with this guy breezing by under braking? After all he's a FORMER World Champ. 9HP!? increase Kwackers aside the Honda sounds like an "Easy Fast" bike. The Spec junkies might not understand how a bike with the "wrong" numbers just dusted them. That would just add to the fun.

Sean, since we don't get to test ride sport bikes, can you offer some insight into the little things like driveline lash, and fuel injection response coming back onto the gas?

I rode a new GSXR750 and could not believe the amount of drive lash; did Suzuki suspend the engine in rubber bands?

TIA,

Don
