I have a pair of flamed Converse Allstars.

Wear them all the time.

Hey! I've got one bottle of that crap that's been sitting in my china cabinet since 1987. Think it'd be worth anything on Ebay? The way the GPTB scarfs the HD swag up these days it might be worth thousands!

Are you getting a set of Honda Genuine woodpecker logo armchaps for Xmas? You want 'em! Admit it.

Not flames. Streaking and dripping oil would really say "Harley Davidson"!

thanks Ebass. I was debating whether to hold onto or sell my meager HD stock holdings. This made it easy. SELL! this of course guarantees huge new biz for HD. The flame stuff will sell great when they expand into china.

One reason I started riding Harley's over Brit bikes was to reduce the chance that flames would go up my arms!

Real motorcycle jackets don't have exposed zippers in order to keep the weather out. But, I'm sure you don't find HD riders riding in real weather. It would mean taking the rest of the week to clean up the bike.

I've seen plenty of H-D riders riding in foul weather. However, it's usually not by choice, (normally they're out riding and it starts raining, and they're trying to get home) and they are usually wearing rain suits.

Aside from the odd commuters, I hardly ever see sportbike riders out in the rain.

I've been wandering around Washington DC for a couple of days. This stuff will look great when I head up to Capitol Hill!

Gents, what we have here is a target rich environment! I usually associate flames around vehicles with speed... wait a second... I'm not gonna go there. This has the elements of a good article to me: informative and shows some personality/humor thanks Eric.
