How about real-world weight?

I see you just quoted the company specs, which bear no resemblance to the real world. Can you get them near a scale at some point?

Suggestion!!!

Considering that virtually all motorcycle guys do their own routine maintainence... I think it would rule if you guys would talk about that stuff in the stories some.

I wouldn't buy the best bike in the world, if I had to remove the pipe to change the oil filter.

Re: Macho?

That sounds clever at first read... I suppose if we were in a high-school cafeteria you'd have scored some points... Unfortunately we're not...

My ass isn't 5'2"... and coincidentally... neither are you. So I shouldn't even be bothering talking down to you little man.

You're to short for the ride. Go find your Mommy. They have a nice Kpaul in kiddy land. He's more your size.

Nah, no run ins with the Law this time, for me ;-). I was Strickly Forbidden to do any U-turns. Man did it feel weird doing three point turns in blind corners!

Dude I wanted to but the sprog and I had biz back east. Father-son bonding kinda experience. After meeting his hillbilly relatives he now thinks his old man is the last word in cool. It's all in knowing who to be standing next too in the beauty contest.

Catch ya the next go around.

Re: Love Linked Brakes???

The oil filter in question is on my Acura Vigor. I gave up on trying to get to it myself, now I take it to the local quick lube. That works about 2 times, after that the employees get to know my car and they all scatter when they see me pull up. Then I know it's time to find a new quicky lube place because the last guy standing around is too slow/dumb/new to know what he is getting himself into, and hence not the person I want working on my car. I can get to the viffers (2001 model) oil filter by only removing one side panel.

Re: Excellent idea

That would be one up on the competition except for MCN which already does all that.
