BMW offers two different versions of its "EVO Integral ABS" br[b]AKE[/i]s. One is partially integrated like you describe and comes on the sportier bikes like S, RS, GT and GS models. The other is fully linked all around and comes on the larger touring bikes, like the RT, CL, CS etc...

P.S. You're going to need a lot of Freddie Spencer's classes and a good dose of common sense, before you start challenging any ex-racers. It's a great school and will help you to be a better rider, but don't expect to set the world on fire after three days at a track with an instructor.

You can always tell a rookie.

They actually think they're fast.

It takes an old Geezer Glide rider to freely admit he's slow.

WOOPS, i forgot; you're right. the brake integration is partial on the 1150 rt-p, but not on the standard model. wierd that the performance is different depending on whether you activate with the foot or the hand.

on when you use rear only, i take your point. the partial integration on the police model is precisely to allow for slow speed maneuvers with rear brake only. too bad bmw doesn't offer it as an option on the standard model.

He's just jealous because his wife clicked the wallpaper button in the wet t-shirt photo.
