Don't forget a tendency to shake its head when ridden aggresively.

Default Ok, we're a little off task...

I realize we're losing the whole Kawi thread here.

But I agree. The BMW GS, especially the new svelte one, is ugly enough to be cool.

I don't know exactly how BMW did it when I look at the individual elements....that front fender? Whose drug-induced hallucination precipitated that? But the whole somehow works. It's like a Swiss Army bike.

Triumph Speed Triple, same thing. There's a bike that gives me wood, and if I didn't live in Seattle where it's cold all the damn time I'd own one.

But the VStrom (and now apparently Kawi is going to have a similar Kawazuki bike based on the same platform) rivals, well, the BMW CL tourer for negative aesthetic content.

Spoken like a truly well-educated UB alumnus (see my post above). I'll pass on the midnight blue, though. Don't know why, but I hate blue motorcycles.

You might net more but by the time the Feds and State and insurance companies are done with you you'll probably take home about what my gardener does.

net = after taxes

gross = before taxes

You don't even want to think about how big a check we write to the US government.

WHY???????!!!!!!!!!!

What focus group were they using? Let's get something straight all you MOrons and Kawi execs. Riding a motorcycle means you're going to be OUT IN THE WIND!!!!!!! If you're so freaking concerned about having a windshield, GET A CAR!!!! What's wrong with people? I just don't get it and I guess I never will.

Anyway, I think the new front end of the ZX-6R looks better than in the past. Thought the exhaust looked fine before. Guess they have to cater to the fast and furious crowd. At least the Z1000 was left unmolested.
