Default Re: who buys these?

The reason Harley is the "real deal", is they made cruisers, specifically air-cooled V-Twin cruisers cool, and made em 95 years before Polaris made bike #1. If Harley went belly up in the 80's would Polaris be making V-Twin cruisers today? Not a chance. Would Honda be making V-Twins? No way. Would Yamaha or Kawasaki make pushrod V-Twins? Not on your life. I think Victory bikes are nice, but they will always be viewed as being in the market because Harley led the way, and that is the truth. That's why Harley is the "real deal" and Victory never will be. Enjoy your Victory. I'm sure they are nice. Just remember that the only reason it even exists, is because Harley exists.

Isn't it funny how you're automatically labeled a right wing wacko if you don't support Kerry?

The phrase "They can dish it out, but they can't take it" was tailormade for the lefties.

One of the things that really makes me chuckle is the democrats' attacks against Bush because he used to drink and maybe snort coke.

What? They are the anti-drug party now?

Seldom has hypocrisy marched so brazenly in the open.

Oh yeah. The party of draft dodgers and people who threw dog shyt on returning Nam vets is the party of honorable military service now.

Hahahahahahaha.

Some of us remember those times. We are watching revisionist political history in the making.

I hadn't heard that one. I can't understand how you can criticize Bush for doing that when

1) Two of their party's most influential members are a known alcoholic who killed someone while driving drunk, and a guy who smoked marijuana in college but "didn't inhale".

2) They are for legalizing marijuana.

Try going to a party where there are lots of movie industry types.

Two things are certain:

1- A surfeit of left wing crackpotisms.

2- Lots and lots of cocaine.
