That certainly explains why you had the trouble you did with the RK. I came from a cruiser background to the RK so it was an improvement. Thanks for the perspective.

Jeezus, now that's the "Harley" 'tude personified. Maybe he was all hopped up on Viagra...

You should have commented about his bikes "total loss" oiling.

Dont worrry about Longride Winger....he's knowledgeable(sp?)and I enjoy his inputs, but he holds a grudge. As a Harley rider for 36 years(Holy Moley!!!!) I have been offended also by some of your previous comments but I applaud your open mindeness in picking a second bike. I currently own six vintage racers, an Indian Boyracer(show only)and my Harley and have paid for my son'd GSX6 amd my wife's Buell Blast, but if I ever get the scratch for a second street bike,it will be either a Guzzi or a VMAX(that is if I can resist another antique HD or an Aermacchi HD street bike). Diversity is great... if you can afford the Harley,I think you will be surprised by the comfort and reliability---not to mention the fun factor. My rides on Wings have imopressed me with the comfort and power compared to my E-Glide but quite frankly the fun factor was yawnsville

Longride my Brotha! Have a shot of Bourban and a good cigar and relax! Your valuable to this site but lately your sour mood is diluting your credibility.I understand the Chicago weather is good now....Dr.Neal's prescription is a long ride(pun intended),a bourbon,a cigar and,if the opportunity presents itself take Winger's suggestion and get laid.

KPAUL:This is the first REAL prediction Ive seen you make.....the others were pretty predictable, often rehashes of what motojournalists and others have said. We'l remember this one and see how you do

I find it interesting that you send out a typically inflammatory comment and one of your opponents(Capt. Whoopass)sponds with a non flaming request for your reasoning, you dont respond. How about answering his question and impress us with how good your reasoning is.....its your chance to show you have some substance behind your inane bluster .

Im not gonna defend the guy but perhaps he's tired of hearing all the crap about how HD riders are posers who dont ride and trailer their bikes to events and couldnt resist the chance to respond in kind. By the way ,a tip from an old racer who has used an open trailer for years.....ALWAYS double tie when trailering...ALWAYS!!!!!!
