Amen about the cheap-assed plastic zipper!

Why do all expensive leathers come with these zippers? The zipper on my $600 Vanson jacket gave out after only 1 riding season. None of the leather repair shops in my area would attempt to fix it so I had to send it back to Vanson for repairs. By the time I got it back it cost me almost $80 just to fix the !@#%$ zipper. I do love that jacket though...

I was referring to the excellent book, Catch-22, not the atrocious movie. Another excellent military spoof that was turned into an awful flick was "How I Won the War" by Patrick Ryan.

For this thread maybe "A Clockwork Orange" is more appropriate.

Several months ago I did a review on the Arai "KPC."

I'm probably too lazy to find the link for you though.

Default Here it is

The new Arai "KPC"

It's fitted with an exaggerated outer shell coupled with extremely tight inner padding to protect the narrowest of minds.

In addition, the impact areas are totally self-absorbing.

In comes in only one color scheme which Arai describes as "incongruity."
