you'd think with all the other trickery they could make it like a cell phone, your choice of tunes. Take me out to the ballgame. Beethoven 9th. Simpty simpty charge. JC Whitney had that available years ago. That Buick the Cubans tried to drive over had such a horn I'll wager.

Default Magic CBR!

Now I see why Johnnyb bought a subscription! This Honda's loaded with awesome features, according to the press kit.

"convenient push-to-cancel turn signal switch." Dang, so much better than the ones you have to, er... bite. It also has something I've never seen before : "all-new aggressive styling." Wow, every other Japanese manufacturer lists "kind-of-dated styling."

Thanks for a great bike, Honda!

I'm 6'2 and 200Lbs, is that close enough for you? My opinion is stated in the text.

Default If only it had more torque!

I think the biggest beef with "retuned for torque" motors, is they do not have more torque, nor a better torque curve, than the "racing" version. Just compare an FZ1 with an R1 and you only see about 10 to 12 horsepower missing with the same torque curve. I think the "retuned" thing is overblown. Just drop in a 'Busa motor in a standard and stand back!

Default Cancel that request

Can you give us impressions for a rider that wouldn't go over 90 and keeps it under 6000 rpm then?

Default Break in

I'm curious... Do these press bikes get a chance to be broken-in properly? Or do they give them to you guys to to ride the bag off immediately out of the crate? In which case, maybe there would be a couple more ponies hiding in a properly broken in motor.
