Nice job boys wish I was there! Keep up the good work. Seems my invites went the way of JB's MO career. JB any comments?

That's one hell of a test ride, boys! Oddball track, (apparently) oddball bikes, lots and lots of comparative info. It's very nice to see four different sets of opinions, each one restated on different aspects of the shootout.

I agree / great article. Now how about the multistrada(or just the info here) and the DL 1000 and a Kawasaki KLR 650 something akin to what you did with the TIGER, APRILLA and the big BEEMER.However i would like aswell as others too a Large street and mild to moderate trail test say about a week or so in length and of course rain and or mud would be good as well. The folks on the east coast would appreciate it PLEASE.

Default Re: POS Antiquated Buell Motor

What are you nutz? Buells are the end-all-be-all greatest bikes of all time! Bar-none, hands-down, end-of-conversation!!! The white liberal motojournalist bias against black quarterbacks failing, oops I meant buells, is the real problem here. If it wasn't for all the anti-Buell propaganda and rhetoric every biker alive would ride a buell. Being the great highway bikes that they are it is doubly important that properly ridden (tucked into something resembling the fetal position 6 feet behind the rear bumper of an 18 wheeler) a buell can achieve nearly 80mpg!!! Between the stunning mileage and the low maintenance why more people don't ditch their goldwings for buells is a mystery to me. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go prostrate myself in front of my blast in the garage...

Sorry Sean, but "pee in the cheerios" is not a once funny but now tattered, torn, worn out and overly abused MO yuck, yuck line and therefore has no place in this thread.

Try and stick with the theme, amigo.

Um, Mrs. Buell, I think overall ebass liked the bike. Now get back in the kitchen and whip Eric up some pancakes.
