Well it was us Europeans (a Frenchie, actually) who introduced the air cooled V2 concept. However, as we are not as tight assed as some other people, we don't mind at all the Yank or Nip clones.

this has to be the worst "review" of any bike I have ever read, and i've been reading them since 1985. paragraph after paragraph, this guys dribbles on about everything BUT the bike. photos of a fat journo in his bathrobe will really help me with my purchasing decision!

this article is a classic example of what can suck about the web - all this extraneous egotism would never have made the cut in a print mag. send EBass home to start a blog, or change his name to EGo or EBore...
