now that you mention it, the exhaust outlet DOES look like a butt hole. i was wondering why looking at that bike reminded me of my days in prison.

The good news for Honda dealers is that their '03MY order commitment should be easy....

1) CBR 1100xx "Holds its own." Yeah, but the bottom line is, it still gets beat in comparisons...

2) VTR 1000 is the topic here, not the RC51. Again, the VTR 1000 still gets beat...

3) 919, when has it won a liter naked comparision? (with several bikes) There are alot of comparisons and it hasn't won a single one! Honestly, when has it won? The FZ1 and ZRX 1200 both have.

4) Interceptor, aka VFR 800. Whether you call it an update or a new model VFR, either way the 2002 version was a step backwards.

5) Good for Tommy Hayden. Lets be realistic though, the CBR 600RR would not win on the race track vs. the GSXR 750. All other variables being the same (rider, tires, track etc.) the GSXR 750 is faster. See the August 2002 issue of Cycle World. Which bike won?

I will wait for the comparisons also. But IMHO, I would never spend $8600+ for a CBR 600 whatever. Hummm, the ZX6R is only $7,700.

BTW: My brother owns a CBR1100xx. He is pissed that honda wont update it. He wants to buy a ZX-12R.

BTW: I actually like Honda more than Suzuki. My bike, up to last year, was a Honda CBR 1000.

But, Honda's mediocre, high priced products make me sick!

Default 03 Hondas info on Honda website

is it only me who cannot find any info on new models on Honda web site? Is today's day September 13 or not? If Honda cannot keep their promises for customers what does it say about corporation?

What was wrong with it? Apparently a lot judging by the sales numbers. While I liked the Valk it was funky to say the least. Now the Rune is funky but in a very good way to me. The long low lines go great with the long low motor. The original Valk remided me of a Boss Hoss. While powerful but still looked homemade, the lines just didnt seem to flow. Still though many IBA members swear by them as one of the best long haulers.

If you are talking about the picture at the top of the page on Honda's website, the press release page, then don't get too excited. That is the front end of the Silverwing scooter! You know, I'm a Honda fan (recently had my Blackbird stolen), but making giant scooters and seriously lame (in comparison) motorcycles is starting to ***** me off. Maybe I'll just supercharge an SV650 and call it a day.

You should see the Midnight Blue one - very very tasty! Like the superhawk.

BTW why doesnt anyone review the VTR1000F any more??? It's a fantastic bike, and strong competition for many others.

Oh, well.
