Yes, that is what you want to do.
Too bad Suzuki botched the job themselves..I give you, the SV1000...and managed to ruin the SV650 in the process. Bleah. |

Uhh.. Yes, and they're both more reliable..and Italian, to add insult to injury:
Duc Monster (or SS if you want clothing) Guzzi V11 Sport + variants The Guzzi isn't such a lightweight, but that's not really what I imagine you were driving at. If we're going to dwell on the pushrod aspect, Guzzi, has those, too...and happens to hold several Land Speed titles, in several classes between 1000cc and 3000cc. Guess who the other competitor is. Blah, blah, blah. |

The st2 is liquid cooled, the 2 is for the number of valves. It is a 944 liquid cooled v-twin. Good low end torque but gets winded on the top end. Atrocious resale value, pick one up used and you will be happy. I have the st4, am trying to sell it, and HATE desmo valves.
