The dirt is where I learned how to power slide, and counter steering. The dirt is where I learned controled (almost) speed. The dirt is where I learned that crashing hurts. Picking your line in traffic on a MX track isn't any different than fighting traffic in Houston.

and a bowflex will improve your upper body strength...which is great for quality countersteering...so let's test one of those too.
