Ah, now I see the error of my ways. I was silly enough to bring my wife along and let her drag race her own bike.

To anyone who hasn't been... GO. It's fairly cheap and safe, and it's loads of fun.

Think about it this way... have you ever talked to someone who said they went motorcycle drag racing and didn't want to do it again? Me neither.

Default Re: SV's can do dirt

I apologise for not being able to post a conveniant link but pics of a serious off-road SV can be seen at www.svrider.com ,from the top menu choose 'extreme pics' then from the drop-down choose archive one. There are 15 entries there and the bike in question is 11th. as a side note leland wisconsin is home to the slimey crud motorcycle gang's spring and fall cafe racer runs, sure its tongue-in-cheek but its a great event in may and oct. Does anyone here go to the Highland house in Illinios on sunday morning ? Foxy perhaps ? take care and have fun - PaceCar72@webtv.net mail me if anyone is interested in riding, perhaps the Kettle Moraine Scenic Trail

Hate to disagree, but it looks more like an ATV than a motorcycle.

"...most violent thing I have ever ridden--besides Danielle."

Who's Danielle?

Default Top Fuel Bikes

I thought bike drag racing was pretty boring until I saw a exhibition of top fuel drag bikes at a national nhra event. Damn those things are awesome. 5 second quarter miles at 300+ mph. You would have to be insane to pilot one.

The thing that has me on the ropes is how the seat V's up into the tank almost like a dirt bikes seat. The big chrome V could be for victory, a full dresser?

Huh How many new ads have you seen here lately? I beg to differ on the paid hits vs random hits dude. I think a mix of free vs premium might be best way. For a typical bike review it would be free but an exclusive would available to members. Also there are plenty of free sites which have good forums. Go look at the scooter feed back. Plenty of folks are frustrated/pissed of the lack of content. I expect content for this paid site to be better than the free site MotorcycleDaily.com and its not.
