Probably not, but it might solve your problem in a rather unpleasant way.

Damn,

I don't have to smoke anything anymore? I mean I just need to find an old triumph, ride at night a lot and inhale the negative ions? Will this be considered be medicinal motorcycling?

Maybe this is why Buell Fuel Injection give me such headaches.

great column guys, strange, but interesting

True, if you were to invoke the given in that step it goes bad, but algebraically it works OK.

What a dork, and a stupid column.

WE don't know what electricity is. HE doesn't know what electricity is. It's surprising he can put together sentences with utter lack of knowledge.

Great move. Another brick in the wall.

Calculus trumps algebra! But seriously, if you want to stick with algebra, they (Omni) left off the final step: solving for Y. Subtract Y from each side and you have Y=0. Perfectly valid and algebraically (if that is a word) correct.

Actually, now that I look at it again, they didn't leave off the final step so much as cheated by eliminating the variable from both sides of the equation.

I know what electricity is. Joseph Glydon has a pretty good grasp of the concept. You, on the other hand, are a friggin' moron.
