First time I watched the vid clip I mis-heard the commentary, where the guy aid the police should 'chase and apprehend' the miscreants. I thought I heard him say 'chainsaw apprehend' and thought: now THAT'S a serious enforcement tactic, even better than the tyre-bursting strips of spikes in use here in the UK... any chance of a vid clip of that?

Oops. 'Said', not 'aid'.

my favorite parts are the little kid riding a bike twice his size and the dude on the quad cruising down the highway on two wheels yammering on to the camera.

i can't wait for that honda to teach that one guy why he needs to tuck that huge shirt in..

Gotta love the Internet. Back in the day you just heard about people doing stupid shyt. Now you get to see it before your eyes. I guess the dirt bikers are the real hooligans now!

This is an ongoing issue here in Baltimore and while I don't condone it, the only people at risk are the idiots on the dirt bikes. Living on the east coast, it's easy to see why the pioneers braved the wilds of the frontier to get away from here.

Pretty wild -- I can't imagine running a dirtbike through public parks where I live.

Or running unlicensed, non-street-legal bikes down the freeway.

Or ripping down the sidewalks.

So, ah, the Baltimore PD can't enforce traffic laws? Is that the big 'takeaway' from this video?

I'm utterly speechless.....

I thought I'm bad riding mine 1/4 mile or so down a quiet road to get from woods to woods. Takes some balls to ride a quad on the freeway!

Kreb_Cycle, how much did the 15mph wheelie cost you?
