This might not have been over a ticket. If she had a warrant out for her arrest (or her friend's) the run might have been to avoid tens of years in prison for one or the both of them. You never know. Usually law-abiding citizens won't rabbit for a 20mph over the limit speeding ticket, especially when a warning might be all you get.

Thank God she was riding the safest motorcycle on the street, and was wearing a helmet. I would hate to see what would have happened if she was riding on a sitting duck cruiser and had on a do-rag. No telling what damage may have been done.

Ah, figured as much when I did the MO wave and had to take evasive action. Luckily I missed the curb.
