HELLOOO! EARTH TO kwhatever. The composition of the Supremes ( they were never the same after they lost Diana Ross) is the whole reason the Constitution is a dead letter, citing their decision doesn't exactly prove that they aren't wrong. Compare Plessy v. Ferguson with Brown v. Board of Education (or any of a plethora of other examples) and tell me they are never wrong. Explain to me why the 9th and 10th amendments seem to have ceased to exist?

Actually, all that case says about double jeopardy is a citation to a case called Heath which is actually also wrongly decided, but I'm sure you would disagree.

And as I was attempting to point out during my Kego-stroke; you'll never get a response from specialK about that - it requires a lucid, well thought-out response, citing actual facts and data, not just some Kcrap he spent 30 seconds Ksearching for that seems to loosely fit his Kargument...........

Right....kwrong that is so you..As for kzuki I don't remember when I called him a bigot. If I did I apologize cause you gave me some great advice with my daughters boyfriends...I asked you sarcastically if you were since you had a thing about Korean products.. Martin is a good guy as are Sean and Ashley.. The only time I had a beef with Martin was when he went off on the 212 mph RC51 story. Intially he backed Sean talking out of arse about a paraflex effect or something like that. I pointed out that was B.S. with objects near or on the ground. I also pointed out that this guy would get convicted dispite the fact that an RC51 can not go that fast. Past 20mph over the speed limit.. quibling about the top speed of an RC51 is irrelevant. Martin went off about some kind of big legal defense for this guy and I laughed and said he get 10 minutes of the judges time and found guilty charged with a fine, suspended license etc. I was right and they were wrong.. kbashing ensued and I reactly badlly to that.. I only have a few more days left as ksquid. I am going to resubscribe under a new name and see how long it takes for you boys to find out. sportbikebandit was used for months..until Martin figured it out.. Martin had some great articles maybe Pete, Gabe, and/or Fonziec can approach him again about some tech nical articles..

Yet another idiotic misreading of a post. I think you need pictures and diagrams to grasp anything.

If you don't post like an irrational a-hole, it could be never. So I'll give it a week, tops.
