Default Re: What makes a motorcycle a ''Chick's bike''?

Just among the women I ride with, there are two Busa's 4 Gixxer 1000s and more Gixxer, CBR's, Ninja and SV 650s than I can count. There are also many types of HDs from a Buell Blast to a Screamin Eagle RK and any number of Bimmers including KLT's. ( One of my own bikes)

Its all about being able to reach the ground.

As far as male riders and bikes, its all about "don't tell me you can ride it, show me you can ride it"

Default Seriously

If you give the slightest frack about what anyone else thinks about what you ride.... then whatever you ride will never compensate.

Jump on an EX250 and ring its little neck. Pure fun, that is. I still ride my old SR500 a few thousand miles a year and love every minute of it. Of course, you gots ta have a manly right leg to start it. And romp on a Bergman scooter can make you crack a cackle too. And that big old K bike is just ridiculous. I hope you manage to salvage some fun out of it.

That which makes a bike a "Chick's Bike" is similar to what makes a 600cc supersport a "beginner's bike..."

Default NO FEMALE SUBSCRIBERS TO MO

This discussion would be a lot more relevant if MO actually had some female subscribers.

The term "chick bike" tells you nothing about the bike. It tells you everything about the person who uses the term "chick bike."

The ladies tend to like a bike with a little vibration going on, from my experience.
