No. It's got the bugs worked out for the most part.

I understand they are using the old airport for a lot of movie work. (?)

Waiting for July. I may need to participate.

The states, with federal assistance. What's your point?

"One last thing, If it only cost $.03 to produce all currency in this country, what makes a twenty worth more than a one?"

Shhh! If too many people think about that, the whole house of cards will collapse.

"All they've done is made less traffic for those that have the money and even more traffic for those that don't and this is on a public road... something that I would have hoped wouldn't discriminate against the poor."

Totaly untrue. Where the hell do you think the people who are paying to use the HOV lane came from? They came from the gridlocked lanes!!! There is now less traffic in the formerly gridlocked lanes and those people now also get to work faster.

In my book, the best way to encourage motorcycle use is to allow lane-splitting. I already ride nearly every day, but there are those who already own a motorcycle that say it's not worth the hassle when I'm going to be stuck in traffic either way. Hey, if I have to be stopped in traffic, might as well fire up the iPOD and drink a latte. But, if I can cut 50% off my commute by riding the bike that's just sitting in the garage--I'd be more inclined.

Incentives, in the form of tax BRAKES, usually are better motivators than increases in taxation. Want to get more cars off the roads? Give an incentive for doing so. Tax my income less if I work from home. Drop the registration fee on my motorcycle. Offer rebates on monthy/yearly public transportation subscriptions. Offer reduced registration fees for cars/bikes by dimension (smaller cars = less space in traffic). A spoonful of sugar beats the hell out of a spoonful of shiit.

Is a tax BRAKE better than my motorcycle BREAK?
