You are right, overpriced labour is lethal in the global business we have today. But still it has nothing to do with the models being so dull. Why they are so gawdawfully boring is because those guys in charge of the model decisions just make the wrong ones.



And who are these guys? Its not like some assembly line chief drinks too much coffee and decides to slap on some oval grilles. It goes all the way up to Pebble Beach (mind you there is nothing wrong in hanging around in exclusive resorts if you work for Ferrari)



And Honda, yes, probably has plenty of boring bikes in the other insignificant line-ups but not in power cruisers. (Which, obviously, is the only class that means anything at all to a thinking man). Out of the 6 most interesting models in that category two happen to be Hondas: Rune and VTX 1800.
