Hey having traveled in the Middle East in and out of Israel I say bunk.Other governments use it and it works.. It makes sense and is cheaper. Show me a terrorsit that is 70 year old grandma, etc. Be real.. Terrorist do not come in all shapes and sizes.. I am all for diversity etc. Using profiling is just good intelligence work..

Profiling is used in all manner of security and law enforcement, because it works.

El Al is the most targeted airline on Planet Earth. And yet their passengers do not go through the monkey dance that we do. I'm embarassed that we as Americans have not just incorporated their methods, but improved upon them.

My health care costs are now about 15% of my after tax salary - that's nothing that appropriate government regulation and free-market competition can't fix. We're getting there.

So she's a biker? How nice.

Is she a nannystater? That's the important question.

My larger concern is, what the hell is on her head? It looks like she's wearing a helmet about six sizes too big, but somehow it's mysteriously staying up.

It's that pointy head those bureaucrats all seem to grow.

Private investment in public works exists already. When a gvt. issues bonds, who buys them? More than that I would bet that private ownership or control of access to interstate commerce could be found to be unconstitutional by way of the commerce clause.

Profiling may work, but it comes with a cost. In isreal all palestinians have the word 'arab' printed on their passports.

The commerce clause seems to be used to justify just about anything.

Between that and "promote the general welfare" we no longer really have a constitution.

Elections are just for the purpose of rearranging the deck chairs.
