That's why dirt biking is so valuable.

If you can't get around something safely going straight over the top is usually the best bet.

I hit a rock one time about the size of a honeydew melon on my Low Rider. I stood on the pegs and drove right over the top of it. I dented both of my rims in the process but didn't even come close to crashing.

I talked to a moto cop who told me he rode over a roll of carpet that had fallen on the freeway.

Oh c'mon Buz. If it were cut 30 hp then it would only have 141hp! No one could possibly have any fun on a bike with only 141hp and 111 ft-lbs! What pathetic universe are you living in?

Omigosh. Ksaki revamped the 600 and updated the KLR. How exciting. An upgrade of a 20 year old design and one (expected) supersport upgrade. And next year they're going to relase an updated Concours! How fantastic. So many new offerings from the Big4 this year. I don't know how I can stand the excitement!

Tiny Triumph, Ducati or Guzzi each seem to offer as many new things as any two Japanese manufacturers each year.

Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki.....pathetic, pathetic pathetic. You try to make up for your lethargy by promoting bikes that are two years out. Sad. You guys used to knock our socks off every year. Now hole-in-the-wall operations like KTM and Aprilia humilate you frequently. Too bad the MBAs on committees run the show now.

I think Triumph cut some bikes like the big Daytona. Go look at their new web site.

It's all good. Linebacker-sized guys need motorcycles, too. The ZX-14 makes a lot of sense to me because IT'S BIG ENOUGH. Give it a shaft and hang bags all over it and it's a travelling fool. Tried an ST1300; now I know where rocky mountain oysters come from (or at least how they are prepared). Not going there. The styling actually strikes me as a bit of a regroup from the not-too-attractive finning on the sides of the ZX, although I'm not sure I would have finned the bags.

Funny thing--I'm almost as happy to see the Killer get some attention. Always sort of meant to buy one of those things, just because, but never quite got around to it. You know, just because. Better brakes, better saddle, better suspension, better looks--not quite so cobby--I'm glad to see it and might actually buy one. For the kids, of course.

Couldn't fit the 636, won't fit the hot rod 600. Eye candy, though.

You are right as usual Seruzawa. These japanese guys are pathetic. This zx-14 engine for example has only the power of three worster 1200 engines.

Why do these guys pick on you? I would have thought there could be more obvious targets. Such as that hapless guy who thinks he has screwed everybody´s wife on this thread.
