Wasn't he a baseball announcer? That's no reason to commit him.

Repsol must be paying big money to one of Rossi's mechanics.

A Duc broke during the first WSB race this weekend and the rider kicked his mechanic. On camera.

Those hot-headed Italians.

Even the New York Times covered the race.

We're getting to be big time.

Ralph Shaheen. His voice is kind of similar to Drebber's.

Yeah, except they reported that the Repsol team is being funded by illegal contributions from right-wing shadow organizations.

SoÂ… at this point, I have to wonder, is somebody on the team deliberately screwing with RossiÂ’s M1?

How many breakdownÂ’s can you have in a season???

Yep, the announcers seemed totally out of sync with the action going on. I really missed the enthusiasm of the Brit and/or Aussie announcing.

I was on the hill above the big screen at turn 4 and was hoping to see the bikes as they went behind me down the corkscrew. But, after the start about 3 to 4 lap into the race all I saw was commercials for the longest time. Furthermore I felt sorry for those who paid big money to sit in front of that stupid screen. It's not a very good place to see the race from anyway. I'll stop my rant here and pick it up later.
