What do you mean "one day"? I got misty eyed over a Kawi H2 already several years ago. And again when we pulled in front of a camper-pulling Volvo and blew the gearbox, very very narrowly failing to make orphans of my kids.

Suzuki 550 didn´t measure up to 500 Kawi.

I have 750 H2 back home under work. Its the ultimate sports bike. You don´t even have to exceed the legal speeds to get some real thrills on a winding gravel road.

I didn't hit teenagerdom until the early eighties but I sure do love those little zippy bikes of the seventies.

I do have a 1981 GS1100E that I would hate to get rid of. I've owned it since like 92" or something like that. When I got it it was in o.k. codition but had a lot of the fun aftermarket stuff from when it was new. Like the kerker 4in 1, dyna, and bigger Mckunis and the cool little bikini fairing around that wierd square headlight. Its black with red pin stripes.

I love that bike even though its big heavy and

I have to tinker on it a fair amount.

Get the CBX now, I think the two stroker will be easier to get than the CBX the longer you wait. Because you are getting them both I hope you know.

Hey Buz, I feel your pain. I bought a CBX for $500.00 bucks. Six months later and another 3 grand I had it all sorted out. Got bored with it in about 3 or 4 weeks. Yea they sound sweet, wimpy forks, wimpy brakes, 660lbs. Wait for the Suzuki or pick up that RD.

Buy the RD!!! Then invite me out to ride it.....I still have fond memories of smoking a Norton and a Triumph Bonnie on an RD200 on a windy back road in Southwest Va. Actually the memories are dim cause we met up in Orange andthe bonnie guy had some good..........never mind!

Yup. My '04 Road King is about the only "old "

bike I need. For a UJM, a naked '02 1200 Bandit would work. Maybe a few Dale

Walker parts would enhance the overall experience. I've owned (and worked on)enough '60s and '70s bikes that I don't need to go back there.
