This was my first thought. The rider need to prove he wasn't at fault, or his rates are going up.

Could she have gotten across on a Rascal? Every fatass should have one.

splitting lanes approaching an intersection, and gunning it to get out from an obscured view? R.I.P.

In that case, the accepted method to trip the light is to get off your bike and do the Wahtoosee, while flailing your arms up in the air. That oughta do it.

I can't believe all the posts blaming the woman's weight for this.

That's the same as saying "It's that damn bikers fault for being so small in the first place, he should've been riding a Ford Expedition so I could have seen him better..."

In states that aren't run by idiots, the driver of a moving vehicle is responsible for what happens in front of him. In other words, he ain't supposed to run into things, regardless of what color the fringin' traffic light is.

She shouldn't get a ticket, that's stupid.

But she needs to watch for traffic. As a pedistrian, she does have the right of way in the crosswalk, but that doesn't matter if you get plowed by a car or truck. Same applies to a motorcycle. There are lots of situations where we have the right of way, but that doesn't give us an excuse not to keep an eye out for crazy cagers.

Shame on the rider too. He should have seen that whale in front of him. He wasn't paying attention. Glad, for his sake, that it wasn't a car or truck in his path. He'd be the one in the hospital.

Once again, it's the liberal media trying to give motorcycles a bad reputation. Especially during Bike Week. How many bikes are down there??? Hundreds of thousands? A few idiots will crash, and that will be the big news.

How sad.

Default Sometimes they're hard to see?!

What about that woman could possibly have been hard to see? Was she wearing a Realtree(tm) muu-muu?!

If it was a harley, it probably couldn't change direction or stop any easier than the Fat broad could make the Olympics in the long jump.

OR, maybe it was actualy a HD on a trailer that hit her, behind an Escalade driven by a realtor comin' down from "Up North" for "Bike Week"

Or maybe someone tried to scare the chick and came a wee bit too close. ( Sounds about right for Day-toon-uh.)

OR maybe the wind blew the fringe on the vest into the cigarette being smoked by the rider of the bike causing the ash to fly off and burn the tatooed chick on the back who yelped, causing the rider to lose focus. (Oh, wait, those chicks don't yelp when you drop something hot on them, (don't ask) and anyway, most chopper riders are hard-a-hearin')

Maybe this is one time that loud pipes would have saved a ticket.

Sorry, this is just too much fun.

Hey, no one died and it's only a ticket!!
