Actually,...

... no they didn't. It was article about the company more than anything. They talked about the Wraith. Never tested one though.

This is what happens when you put a hot Buell against a Triumph Speed Triple:

Just remember, motorcycles aren't a fun hobby. You are supposed to b!tch and moan about everything and everyone.

For instance, if the new Vmax isn't 200hp and weighs less than 400lbs I'm pretty sure there will be a revolt (a rather slow and ponderous revolt) by a group of people that pretend they are tip-top speed racers that do no less than 150mph on the street.

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go out and get better thermals, cuz riding in temps below 40, as I just discovered, make the crotch uncomfortably cold...

Tell me you're not using Geico...

Dude, I live in Western Nassau near the Queens border and I pay about $150 per year for mimimum liability (Daytona 955i.). Either NYC is a totally different story or your driving/riding record leaves much to be desired.

Get thee to a better insurance agent.

+1, here-here! & Amen!

But remembering my younger days, we're probably wasting our breath(or muscle energy on the keyboard)

Re: Actually,...

as of last summer there was a new Wraith at an aftermarket shop in Lodi, New Jersey. (formerly Cycle Connections)

I saw it up close.

looks more like a project bike then a finished product. although.. the dealer seemed to think it was ready to go.

it wasn't for sale.

can't say much about a bike in a static state.

I'd need to ride it.

I would like to own one. not the wraith. the F 124 or whatever numbers they're giving them.

but, for $60,000. it better wipe my butt and release some tension for me (if ya know what I mean).

my finger tips is what gets cold. The rest of me stays pretty warm or warm enough down to 30 or so but the tips of my fingers hurt like a son of a *****

Re: You are at the wrong web site.

I know there are some Buell owners over here, but there are many many more over at www.sporttwin.com

Re: Confederate VS Buell

Odd, I don't really notice how cold my hands are until I stop riding. When I finally take my gloves off, that is when it hit's me.

Also the top portion of my right leg gets an odd feeling sometimes. Sort of like someone just thumped me with their fist about 4 inches above my knee. This only happens when it's cold and only happens about two or three times per cold ride. Make me look down every time to see what hit me.
