Don't be 'dissin Senior Bulto's products mistah...

My '76 JPR 360 Pursang with the square Amal was one of the most relaible bikes I've ever owned (had it for 18 years).

The only thing that ever went wrong was one of the coils broke off the frame (dual ignition).

Sold it to some bozo who ran it on straight gas and seized it solid. Sad end to a great bike.

Yes, last Sunday on I-5. Some kids were racing in and out of traffic and hit the car next to me, it hit the concrete barrier and bounced off and punted me and the Trophy ass over tea kettle down the road. I got off with some major bumps and bruises and a shredded riding suit.

The Trophy unfortunately took the hit and subsequent 60mph slide with some pretty major damage to the left side and engine cases. It's in the shop now getting an estimate, but I think the insurance company will write it off.

I've been riding the Thruxton around a little but I'm still a little sore.

Bummer. Maybe with the money you can buy that old Matchless.

Did they catch the punks?

Actually I like the 750 GT Ducati.

They were arrested at the scene for reckless driving, driving on a suspended, no insurance and various other warrants. I'm sure daddy bailed them out before I even got out of the hospital

Sarnali, I'm glad to see you're ok. Sorry if I'm a bit late with the regards.

Heal quick.

The same thing happend to my '73 380 CZ. It was my dads race bike and he gave it to me, I kept it a couple of years and sold it to a buddy, who let his stepson borrow it and seized it solid. It was my fault for selling it I guess, young and stupid.....

Bultacos are cool, I like the Pursang better than the Sherpa S because they lost the "Superglide" boat tail.

Did I ever tell ya' about my '67 Matador Cafe` Racer...........

An Atlas Lathe with a mill attachment!!!! I have one of those in my garage next to my '70 Tiger, '74 Commando and '63 Cub. Maybe I should contact J Wood and liquidate.

Glad to hear you're ok.

If the stars align, maybe Triumph will introduce a new Trophy for the '06 model year...
