Yeah, but a couple years with a high-maintanence princess can really wear on you. Always remember: no matter how cute she is, there's always some other guy who's sick of putting up with her sh!t.

Buy the Suzuki!

Stating the winner, and saying that they've all improved by at-least .05%, can sum up most 600 shutouts. As for the rest of us (who don't have a seismograph shoved up our a$$) the lesser bikes are what we need to know about.

How about putting Sean on an SV, then have him spank the crap out of a couple posers riding super-duper whazzits - maybe take a few pink-slips, too. Honestly, I really think that might bring home how stupid it is for the untrained to ride the unimaginable. After all, if experience is the best education, public humiliation has to be considered an advance degree

Somewhere between the Gyno-Glide riders and the doggie-position posers, there's a huge market. Me: I figure if it's a machine, don't chrome it - and if you don't have nearly-enough skill, don't ride it.

I 2nd Allbikesbiker's suggestion:

Best Streetbike under $7000 Shootout!

This way, my dream of affording a second bike (yeah right) is that much more realistic.

I imagine many of us MOrons either already have the sport bike, cruiser, or long-haul tourer and are wondering what the advantages would be to having a second, more "daily friendly" bike.

MO, tell me why I should or shouldn't by an SV650 to compliment my Mille!

Agreed. The 600 thing has been done before ad infinitum.

I'd like to see the same - street bikes under $7,000.00. Include the "standard" fare such as the YZF600, FZ6 and Z750S that are comfortable and fall into the "all round" category. Your past article comparing the ZX6 with the VFR800 was great.

Less than $7k would knock out three of the four bikes IÂ’d like to see compared. Again, IÂ’m interested in street sportbikes; the SV650S was an attempt to include Suzuki but itÂ’s really out of place since itÂ’s a standard with clip-ons. The SV650, Z750, FZ6, Hornet and Speed Triple would make a great shootout for those who are interested in standards.
