Yeaah, they said it was buit in-house, but didn't get into specifics. The KLR is damn near bulletproof anyway, so maybe it's stock.

How about it Sean? A test on the mighty Diesel KLR. But it would be hard to drown in a stream crossing...

Probably "The Hindenberg" would be a better description.

In about 50 years, fossil fuels won't exist, so we had better have all the fun we can right now. Electricity in some form will probably provide our energy. Airplanes probably won't exist and we will likely use mass transportation (electric trains, etc.) for long distance travel. We'll probably have some form of personal transportation for local use. This seems bleak, but look at how well cars and bikes run now compared to 50 years ago, or even compared to 1980. I'm hoping that engineering and science will come up with something I can't even imagine. Maybe Nicole Tesla's wireless power transmission from the 30's will be made practical.

I'm still trying to figure out how the democrats get a pass for the mess we are in. I don't recall Clowntoon doing anything more to stop the trade deficit than Bushbaby or any other Pres Administration.

I think it's called Extremely Short Memory Syndrome. Have you seen "Memento"? Listening to political partisans is eerily like listening to Leonard.

The problem is the ultra-rich and corporations can buy our government. Anymore, there's no-such thing as a statesman; politicians have become cardboard cut-outs. My biggest problem with "the right" is that it has sold itself to the evangelicals, who have the strange idea that they know what God wants. Pardon me but that's crazy! And what's worse, is the GOP has bound itself to their whack-job agenda. I'll make my own moral choices, thank you very much.

Not to be a wise guy, but I think that was Lenin. One of my favorite quotes is from Stallin, though..."When one man dies, it's a tragedy; when ten-thousand men die, it's a statistic."
