I don't think I'll make it to 110 EB. Hell, if I knew I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself!

Well, if a sneaky leaker was involved, I can start buying the drooling senility comments.

Otherwise I don't gain any respect for him buy offing himself this way.

Also (I'll regret this) anyone who reads HST stuff as anything but streamofconciousnessfarce/parody, or applies any more meaning to his writing than that, is IMHO being laughed at by HST.

I think you want it both ways, my friend. You argue that the government is not entitled to go beyond the "carefully enumerated" powers. Well, if you'r going to read the language one of those carefully enumerated powers is to "REGULATE" interstate commerce.

If you don't think regulate means regulate, then why should enumerate mean enumerate or rights mean rights? Just turn it over to a priesthood of "founder channelers" and don't bother to read the document.

In my 37.3 years I've seen a lot. I've seen beauties and horrors the English language can't begin to describe, I've loved, I've lost, I found a quarter once. I've seen skies of gray and seas of blue. In all my jubilations and tribulations I've learned on thing above all others. Don't bite your tongue, it hurts.

I noticed that you didn't remark on federal intrusion of states rights when they interfere with medical marijuana statues that were legally promulgated within said states, and have nothing to due with interstate commerce. As for the channeling of our founders, its fairly easy to understand what they meant, as they wrote it down in the federalist papers. I believe it was Madison that cautioned that the new government shouldn't expand its powers under the guise of either the commerce, or the general welfare clauses. VWW

Fuel Injection is definitely superior for metering the proper stoichiometric ratios in a changing environment, and doesn't have the float bowl flooding problems when traversing bumpy, or steep terrain. Carburetors however, are sure a lot easier to trouble shoot when you're stuck in the middle of bum F#ck nowhere. VWW
