At least those guys don't pretend that their bikes are anything but showpieces. Unlike a heck of a lot of dudes I see on tricked out sportbikes........

It is absolutely astounding to me what people will spend money on...if only I could be eloquent enough to express my disapointment.

Default Rats is where it's at!

You'll get no arguement from me. Customizing a sport bike is like decorating a hand gernade, just means ya ain't plannin' on usin' it.

I appreciate the work, but I don't understand the effort.

There are no outboard shocks so it looks like it no suspension. Don't know how anyone rides a hard tail. Must have really good dental to keep replacing fillings.

They're not too bad. You have to be way more consious of picking your line, but if you match your speed to the road and scan for bumps they're not bad.

Like Jungvist said, soft tails have no outboard shocks. Just to elaborate, the shocks are mounted horizontally behind the engine to hide them. The swingarm is one big triangulated unit that gives the appearance of a hard tail.

Yeah, right, sure, you bet. I put struts on my chopped W2650SS and lasted for like 3 days/200 miles. On went the shocks again.

Hardtails with dinky front brakes. Suicide.
