Actually Nancy, I've been there. My family's TN, and I lived in Knoxville for 2 years, 1 block of Highway 129.

Only real stats available on this would be from TDOT. I just know what I know from talking to the cops and the folks that run the 2-wheels Only Inn.

If I was writing that paragraph again... I would say "injury accidents", instead of just "accidents".

At least foolish enough to ride a motorcycle and subscribe to MO.

KPuke is projecting again. He's never been anywhere, can't ride worth a crap, and has nobody in real life that listens to his BS, so he projects that onto other people. Been to the Gap 5 times and I just love the roads around there. You were lucky to be in that area for a while.

Actually... I'll be lucky when I get back. I can't complain about good roads... West Virginia sucks for about everything else, but there are some durn fine bike roads up here in yankee hell.

Are you talking about the TWO in Suches, GA? I used to ride 60 to TWO, hit 180 and then go down 129. Everyone raves about 180, but 129 is so much wider and faster, much more fun.

The big rig thing is ridiculous. I was up there with some friends and this rig was suck for half the day being dug out. Excellent suggestions. A one way route would be incredible. They need to expand the gas station and add a built in steakhouse and maybe put in some pumps with race fuel just for kicks.
