given that we live in the litigious land of america (where we gladly go out of our way to avoid personal responsibility) and it personally costs each and every one of us thousands of dollars in extra insurance premiums every year, i say tough $hit, make them illegal for any kind of use on public roads and subject to confiscation.

of course, if we didn't have personal injury lawyers, my position would be different (as someone already said): "Tacitly Condoned Suicide for the Stupid"

You just may be on to something here seruzawa. If I'm ever pulled over for riding a pocket bike in San Francisco I'll just claim that I was having sex with it and petition the board of supervisors to vitiate the citation. VWW

Somehow I don't think he would be welcome at the New York Times/CNNNBCCBSABCNPRMSNBCFOX today. You'd never see him kissing republicrat butt.

He'd probably fit in on the Daily Show, though.

Excellent idea. The main drawback is that as Prez you have to look at Ted the Swimmer's ugly mug everyday.

But think of the perks. Catherine Zeta Jones staying over in the Lincoln bedroom!

Default I say it again, Thats Good?

How can anything smaller than a compact car like, let's say a motorcycle, be allowed on the street?

Should bicycles be banned from public roadways too? Think man Think!
