No, it's bad karma to gloat. The fact is most people are too motherf*cking stupid to be allowed out of the house, let alone behind the wheel of a motor vehicle. It simply doesn't occur to them that anything bad can happen, and if something did happen then it wasn't their fault because they're "nice people" and it was an "accident"...certainly not their fault.....

My only hope is that I have enough strength and mobility left to empty my .38 into their chests, then we can meet The Lord together.
