Default best japanese motorcycle maker

I am a new rider, and I definately want to go Japanese for a bike. But what is everyone's opinion as far as the best Bike maker ( As far as motor, reliabilty, and quality ) style is not as important as the rest. I'm leaning towards Honda, but only cause I have only driven Honda vehicles. Most likely a sport bike I will buy not a cruiser.

They are all good, frankly. As are Triumph (British), Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Ducati (Italian), BMW (German), Kymco (Korean) and so on. It's hard to find a poorly made bike these days.

I'd suggest that you focus more on finding a bike that suits your needs, and not worry about which is from the "best" manufacturer. That said, what sort of riding do you hope to do? Where do you live? Have you taken a motorcycle training course? What protective gear do you have?

Welcome to MO, by the way.

Default Oh that's easy..

Bridgestone. It's got "rotary shift". Rotary valves and rotary rotarys.

The best bikes are built by Omicron-Zeta of Planet Zorg. None of these squishy terran bikes that don't have even rudimentary anti-gravity capability.

well yeah, the ion drive is a nice feature but he did say Japanese bikes.

Even if B-Bar misunderstood and listed the crummiest bikes instead of the clearly superior Zookers..
