Default Financing with a learners permit.

Hello everyone. I am a resident of Utah and was hoping someone could answer a question for me. I spent about 4 years living in Ecuador with my wife and her family and during that time rode a Honda Twinstar on a daily basis. I am now back in the US permanently but I really miss riding due to the fuel economy and just the fun. I have a learner permit now and I am certain I could pass the skill test with ease but I need a bike to test on. I plan to take a safety course that will get me out of the skills test but it will be at least 2 months before I can do it and I want to get this done before spring when prices start going up and the cheaper bikes get harder to find. I am pretty much set on getting a new Honda Rebel but I would prefer to finance it instead of buying it outright although I have the money to do so if needed. My question is will I be able to get financing with only a learners permit and if not will a shop sell me a bike outright? Thanks in advance.
