If it rains you get wet. That sucks.
2 hours is far if you're being dragged behind a posse.

I ride every day of the week rain of shine. On weekends I ride 90 minutes each way to my MSF class. I don't get wet when it rains and I never have problems because of the rain. On my days off I usualy do 6 to 8 hours of riding and twice as much if I am traveling. Why is this a big deal?

It's hard to get by without a car of some sort. I ride way more than I drive but there's times when it's just not practicle. If you're sure, absolutely 100% sure that there'll be public transportation available whenever you need it and where ever you may need to go then it's doable. I would recommend a Wee Strom, Bandit, FZ1...something along those lines as they're pretty much do everything bikes with available bags and trunks from GIVI, good riding position etc. A sport bike is a bad idea because they're much more limited

Are you serious ??
Are you really so dense that you don't realize that not everybody is willing or able to do what you do ?? Or that riding in the rain is more dangerous, no matter how skilled you are?? WTF ??? ![]()

Riding in the rain SUCKS. It's do-able, but it sucks. If you say anything else, you're lying either to yourself or us.
